ABOUT US

In 2009 we started down this path, searching for what is best for the horse and its rider.

We have a team of skilled leather artisans, some of whom have been in this craft for three generations. Their passion for saddlery, combined with extensive experience working with leather, allows us to fulfill our clients’ wishes while always prioritizing the connection with the horse.

We are constantly striving to develop and improve our products, using high-quality materials and the best technologies, combined with our expertise to create the perfect product.

Our CEO, Santiago Salerno, is a rider who has completed courses in Germany to become a saddle fitter, further enhancing his understanding of horse anatomy and their needs. This expertise allows him to deeply comprehend what riders are looking for in a saddle and what the horse requires.

RIDERS

We work together with our riders to generate new ideas and projects, always searching for comfort, security and improve the performance of their horses.

An Olympic show jumping rider, born in Chile, where he began his equestrian career following in his father’s footsteps. In 2008, he moved to Argentina to pursue his dream and quickly became one of the most recognized riders. That’s when he became part of the HBC team. Today, he competes in Grand Prix events in Mexico while continuing to work with us. Together with Carlos, we developed a collaborative project, giving him the opportunity to design his own saddle—bringing his vision and expertise to create a truly unique model. “The saddle is what connects the rider to the horse. This is essential to me, but even more so to my horses. HBC is a leading brand in design, research, and development, prioritizing the horse’s well-being as well as the rider’s comfort and safety.”
